Air Care Solutions NETANEL Brumand- Owner "Don't let these people into your home!" Pembrook PInes, Florida
DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME!
I received a Val-Pak Coupon for the $89.00 "Gold Promotion" which was to include vent cleaning, dryer vent clean out, inspection and washable filter. After being in my home for all of 5 minutes, I was told that there was serious mold in the vents, and that fiberglass particles were moving throughout the a/c system. It would cost me $650 to make this situation safe. When I said absolutely no- just clean the vents- the price came down to $450. When I refused that as well- please just clean the vents-that's when the gloves came off and he became beligerent. He left the house with the vent cleaning maching running. It ran for all of 10 minutes. He came to collect his $89.00. I said- "What happened to the dryer vent clean out?" Nope, you're dryer doesn't fit our criteria for "basic dryer" What about the washable filter? "We'll get that to you later". So I'm paying you for $29.00, which is just the vent clean out.
He became angry at this point- and I came close to calling the cops. The snide comments just kept coming- I just wanted this guy out of my house.
Finally left, I called the company and told them about this situation. Never asked for my name, didn't want to hear the details. They must get these calls every day.
DO NOT LET THESE LOW LIFE IN YOUR HOME. All I spent was $31, but it could have been much, much worse. These are not professionals, didn't do a darn thing to clean the vents, and they are just not nice people. THe owner of this company is NETANEL Brumand, and can be found in the Pembrook Pines, FL directory. People like this should be called out and made to answer for their lousy approach to business.

AirCare Solutions has expanded to Ripoff residents in North Carolina. They came to clean my vents and in process I mentioned I needed a new HVAC system mine was 20 years old. They offered me a great deal $3,900.00. I should have known it was too good to be true. I got this system November 2010 and had to have it replaced yesterday March 25, 2013. After spending tons in repairs and $400.00 monthly electric bills over the last 3 years. I could have paid for a qualified contractor to come out and install a quality system for that piece of garbage they unloaded on me. Turns out the system was a 2008 so I am not sure if they got this garbage from someone elses home or had it sitting somewhere for 2 years, Turns out after I reported them to NC licensing board they are not licensed to install HVACS in NC. "go figure". After this case is settled if they are caught doing any HVAC work in NC they will go to jail. When I called they were nasty and told me I was not their customer and my HVAC was not their problem. They are crooks. My next step is to pursue civil action once the licensing board has closed the case. However they run, hide, and avoid like common criminals so this will be easier said than done. I am a single mom and I was just trying to find a way to heat and cool our home; the other quotes I had gotten I just could not afford. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for anything! I lost a lot more than just duct cleaning service fees.

FYI, this company is owned by Mr. Ben Ram and Mr. Joe Cott...they have been in this business for 6 years now, they change the company's name every 1-2 years once the scam is public. JBL duct and carpet cleaning, fla a/c service and duct cleaning and now air care solutions. They operate out of 1839 SW 31st Avenue, Pembroke Park, FL 33009 for the last 6 years under 3 company banners, they just repaint the trucks, new stickers on, new shirts and invoice books. The location and the phone numbers are always the same. The website that is now used is www.aircareus.com Ben lives in Sunny Isles Beach in one of the Ocean or Trump towers and Joe lives in Cooper City in a large home. They both drive luxury cars and spend $$$ like the world is about to end! The office manager is Karen, a vulgar butch d*ke that keeps everyone on their toes and likes to use her strap-on on anyone that is a little weak. They scammed my ex girlfriend's parents and we got a private detective on them!!! Bazinga!!!!
