Shipping company actually lost the package which was out of our hands. Website was updated to reflect a bad 800 number that was still there from an ex-webmaster. We refunded money in full. Crap happens sometimes. They could have phone the number from their credit card statement. We have had thousands of satisfied customers in a business that has 7 years of success. Is the internet perfect. Of course not :-)
