In June of 2001 we purchased a 200 ft New England Static Climbing Rope from him on Ebay. In two weeks time we still hadn't received the rope. We inquired several times and were told repeatedly that it had been shipped. The other emails were unanswered. Then he even said he had put some extra's in the package to make up for the delay. When questions on why he lied that it had been shipped he would not respond.
We then requested a refund, to which we were told would be sent immediately. Here it is two years later and I am still fighting with him to get our money back, he has agreed time and time again, but never sent it. Today he tells me he isn't going to and there is nothing I can do about it.
He has even threatened to sue me for harassment and liable because I've told people about this, and have contacted him to get my money back.
I think he will find that he is wrong, Even if I have to drive down to Arkansas to file a civil case against him, but I think it is wrong that I would have to go there to file the complaint.
