I hired Ali Ali, Esq. to represent me in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. He was completely incompetent. He didn't seem to understand what was going on at the trustee meeting. He never returned my calls or e-mails. Whenever I spoke to him, he asked me to pay him more money. I had a hearing to dismiss my bankruptcy case and he refused to even show up! He said that he would only come if I cooked a steak dinner for him and let him watch a movie in my apartment! What kind of attorney is this! WORST ATTORNEY EVER!

See my response to other reports. This is my paralegal I fired who was a suspended NJ doing freelance paralegal work out of Arizona. The client is from California but posts from Arizona? Doesn't make sense his report was posted on Ripoff Report on 02/27/2016 07:57 AM and is a permanent record located here: The posting time indicated is Arizona local time. Arizona does not observe daylight savings so the post time may be Mountain or Pacific depending on the time of year. Ripoff Report has an exclusive license to this report. Several issues can be raises about this report. 1) This review is posted by my paralegal who I fired. Notice the review is posted from Arizona. This paralegal had her NJ attorney license suspended and I gave her a second chance. My clients are only in NJ since I am only licensed in NJ. I absolutely do not have clients in Arizona. I did not purse this criminal because as a business professional it makes more sense to focus on the business rather than litigate. I retained all my linked in conctact via linked in customer service. 3) This paralegal cannot compete against my "Name Your Own Price" Policy. We use technology and business methods to provide legal services to All. The poor, middle class and the rich. 4) In bankruptcy cases clients attempt to "force" attorneys to go to creditors meetings and not pay. I told the client if you don't pay I cannot go to court. I went to law school and worked hard and I cannot do it for free. The client came to a golf course where I was playing golf and suggested what If "I cooked you a steak dinner and a movie". I said absolutely not.
