All Comm Systems Inc Thomas Harrell Ripped us off for $8500.00; Convicted Felon for Grand Theft. Operates under Corporation that is not legally registered. Currently on Probation for Grand Theft. He will Try to steal. kissimmee, Internet
Thomas Harrell owner of All Comm Systems, Inc picked up a check from our office for $8500.00 on June 1st.
2011. He was contracted to install security cameras. He said the project would be complete within 15 days upon receipt of the check. He cashed the check the same day and gave us excuse after excuse why he could not install the cameras. He said his supplier went out of business, then the cameras were on back order. Finally, on July 15th, I asked a friend of mine to do a background search of Thomas Harrell. I learned he has a criminal record for grand theft and is currently on probation. It was not until I confronted him and threatened I would contact his probation officer, did he order the cameras. Yet, he then told us he needed an additional $1000.00 before he could do the work. We told him that we would not give him another dime, to refund our money or complete the project. He dropped off the equipment of less than $3000.00 at our door. We are now trying to file criminal and civil charges against him. I also spoke to his probation officer. Stay away from this company and this man. Also, his company has been dissolved so he may try to open a company under a new name. He will rip you off!! Be Aware!!

There is information that Thomas Harrell has or had in the past a crack habit and his father has an assault charge. The Florida Division of Corporations shows his company is not active.
He defrauded an in keeper and is currently serving 5 or more years sentence on probation.
