All My Sons initially sounded like a great moving company. The sales person that called me promised a professional great move by a family owned company. I was quoted $750 to move a four bedroom house, to assist my husband and I moved all the boxes and little items ourselves. They only needed to move furniture a sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs, a dining table, kitchen table, 4 beds, a dresser and a chest of drawers and 4 televisions. It took four men four hours to load and unload this small amount of furniture as our move was only about 10 minutes across town.
We were charged $950 vs. the $750 quoted. This was irritating but I just wanted to be moved so I didn't push it. Towards the end of my move my son was hooking up his TV when he found that the frame was busted and there was a large bubble on the screen. I called Dominic the supervisor in to see the damage. Dominic took a photo and called his supervisor right then to report the damage. I was told a claim would be filed.
I have left 4 voice mail messages and sent 2 emails over the last week and a half to absolutley no response. I'm extremely disappointed; the website and the salesaman assured me of the insurance coverage, however if they don't file any claims I suppose the amount of coverage doesn't matter.
I recently relocated to the Milwaukee area with a growing company. Everyone that I know will be forewarned about this company and their horrible customer service.
