All My Sons Moving And Storage Ripoff - bait and switch estimates Atlanta Georgia
Had a very small move. Packed my own boxes. 15 items total, none larger than a 4 foot diameter table. To be moved into their storage.
They told me on the phone that it would not take 2 hours but there was a 2 hour minimum. Fine, no problem. Was also quoted $95/hour.
When the movers arrived the rate had gone up to $118/hour, no explanation. What was I to do - already taken the day off, move date approaching.
Then they told me there was a 4 hour "estimate", but assured me the difference between the real time and the 4 hours would be refunded back to my credit card.
Took the movers less than 45 minutes to both inventory and load all my items, and they were not exactly breaking a sweat over it either. Was charged the full 4 hours, complaints to the office resulted in no action.
Would never recommend, will never use again. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU AT LEAST GET A BINDING ESTIMATE IN WRITING, and I still would not recommend these guys.

They stole things from me. Make sure you got your stuff. Aside from that, you can dispute your credit card charge with your bank and do what is called is a charge-back.
