On December 12, 2006 All My Sons put our household goods into storage, which allowed us to remodel our home. On April 12, 2006 they brought our household goods back. When the two All My Sons employees left they took an IPOD, the charging stand, the charger and the remote control.

We called the office and were told a "Claims Package" would be sent to our home that would "allow us to deal with the situation". After approximately 2 weeks we reached them by telephone, after multiple attempts, and asked where the "Claims Package" was. No package had been sent and we were now told we would have to contact the "Claims Department" and were given a 1-800 number to do so. This we did and were once again promised that a package would be sent. After 3 weeks no package had arrived. Once again we initiated the call to the 1-800 number and finally received said package. The "package" indicated we needed to prove ownership of the IPOD that was stolen from our home. To do this you needed to supply a purchase receipt and a photograph! The receipt was no problem but who takes a photograph of their IPOD? Recognizing the pattern and realizing any time spent in pursuit of this was good money thrown down a rat hole, we dropped it. I do not expect to ever see the IPOD replaced. The intent of my report is simply to warn others.

Lucky for me I'm President of a Construction Company with an annual volume of 30 million, licensed in the 12 western states, and have made sure that this story has been spread among our employees. I've personally insured that none of our employee relocation business goes to this firm and will continue to do so for years to come.

Aside from the theft, the service was deplorable. All of the lamp shades were damaged. Broken dishes, knick knacks, boxes marked fragile smashed, etc. etc. To cover these damages, should your claim even be considered, allows you to recover $.60/pound! Needless to say, I do not recommed these folks.
