We appreciate every potential customer but not everyone will choose to move with us. For those we move, our commitment is to do the best move for them. In this case we did not move her since she felt uncomfortable. It began when we asked her to please allow an estimator to come out to the house, at no cost or obligation to her,and inventory all items that were to be moved. This would allow for us to supply the exact number of crew members, transportation and packing material. The customer did not want an estimator to come out. In addition, the customer initially requested a Saturday move. When the husband called back he changed the move date to a Sunday. A Sunday move required a highe quote. The reason for this is because our men are family men, who enjoy spending Sunday with their families. However, they are professionals and realize that our customer's might in certain cases, require a Sunday move. We feel it appropriate to pay them more for their sacrifice and therefore we charge a higher rate. The customer did not agree with the higher rate, and unfortunately felt uncomfortable about our services. If you are reading this posting, I ask that you consider, that we are a family owned and operated busines. We care about our our customers and ultimately by taking good care of our men; we can provide them the most dedicated and professional moving men available. We hope everything worked out well for this customer, and we are sorry that we could not be of service for this move.
