Went to work for All-Types Expediting in Jan.2009. There was days between runs but that was the times, had to do alot of deadheading. The problems started when I did not hear from them for days and days, they just leave you sitting.
Then comes pay day and it took from my first run 1/29/2009, till 3/13/2009 before I got any money and out of $688.50, I got $268.25, did not even cover gas.
My next pay day 3/27/2009 out of $880.80, I got $257.06, they held back or held in what they call Pending $496.32 and according to the accounting they only hold in Pending for one pay period. This is not true and I have proof.
My third pay day 4/10/2009 out of $1,280.32, they held in Pending $1,280.32. I owed them .20cents. I gave them my 2 week notice. They owe me $2,492.81. Their Contract says they can hold your money for 45-120 days, after the 120 days, they claim hard times and offer 29% on the dollar owed.
They are thieves and need to be put out of business, I have found maybe 8 to 10 other Expediting companys that are tided back to All-Types and O'Hare Logistics.
People need to be made aware of them. They have a B rating with the BBB and there is no way to file a complaint , you are sent to the Labor Dept. and no way to file a complaint there. Only the Attorney General Office.
We have to Warn people to stay away from these Company's. They are getting richer off hard working people out there.
