Allen Christian Fair Trade For All First Data Global Leasing Milwaukee, Wisconsin
After being ripped off by Associated Merchant Services (a branch of First Data), I decided terminate my relationship with them and closed my bank account (which they used as a pocket from drawing as much cash as they pleased). They were charging me outrageous fees that even experts in the field couldn't figure out. They were deducting an average of 10% from all credit-card transactions and other monthly fees that they keep on increasing. After the termination, First Data sent me a threating letter to ruine my credit if I don't give them access to one of bank account. They also claimed that I have signed an uncancelable 48 month lease, etc. When I asked for a copy of the agreement, they sent me one, an agreement with a FORGED signature. When I objected and required more evidence (i.e. actual agreement) they never responded and when I called they avoided answering my questions regarding that phony agreement. As an extra layer of retaliation they added another $5 "insurance fee" to a $73 monthly lease. THIS IS A BIG TIME FRAUD AND RIPOFF COMPANY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. AVOID ALSO ASSOCIATED MERCHANT SERVICES. If you have been already ripped off, please don't hesitate to post your case here and maybe we can all network and cooperate to bring them to justice. These are the kind of coprorations that are breaking small businesses, the backbone of the American economy.
