I too was a victim of Alliace finacial lending services. I was contacted by a Frank Malachi on March 28, 2007. He informed me that I was approved for a 5,ooo dollar loan, but I would have to put up 5 months payments before I got the loan because of my bad credit. I was told to send the money through moneygram. When I sent him the 760.00 dollars, he told me that it would be posted at midnight that night. The next day my account showed nothing, so I called them back at 1-888-263-7856 ex.313 he informed me that there was a miscomunication with the third party lender and I would have to pay 10 months up front. I said I didnt have that kind of money again and he said I can get a refund in 15-20 days. Then when I tried to contact them yesterday the phone number was say, " your universal account was temperairly put on hold please contact customer service thank you goodbye.

If someone could please help!!

I too was also a victim of a "loan" company but by a different name and location, all the facts of your case sounds just like mine. What they companies prey on is that nobody will pursue their lost any further. Lawyers wont take the case because " it is not enough money" to fight over. You must report this to the better business bureau , attorney general office or your state and the state the company is located in.FBI, and you local police department. The only way for us as victims to win is to ban together an file a class action lawsuit. I looked up many laws about credit services organization act and deceptive trade act. This company like foreclosure assistance companies can be sued for fruad and forced to pay civil penalities, restitution, and punitive damages to victims. It is going to take the FBI to set up a sting on them to bring them to justice. I hope this info helps.
