Complaint Review: Allstarevententertainers.com -

We made a reservation through this Agency for a bachelor party in Austin Texas. 

I called the day before the event and was told the following LIES.

1. The girls she sent me photos of were the girls coming and that the girls would also text me additional REAL photos.

2.  We could call the agency and the woman on the phone ANGEL said we could request other girls if the ones who showed up were NOT the girls pictured or if we had ANY problems, and she would take care of it.

3. for $310 I would receive 2 girls who would perform a l*****n show for 2 hours or MORE.  They would strip to FULLY nude, included.

4. We would be required to tip, but the AMOUNT we tipped was up to us and dependent on how well we felt the entertainers/dancers/strippers performing. 

5. We would also during the l*****n show, see a toy/d***o show.

6. There would be NO upselling or additional charges.

So the day of the party comes around, I hear from the strippers, who proceed to text me photos, and to let me know they were coming and would give us a great show.  

1. They arrive, an hour late.  And NOT the girls who were pictured.  NOT even close.  Facial features different, not as pretty. Bodies, not as great, average.  Smaller chests than we were led to believe.  I had requested girls that were large up top. Lots of tattoos that were NOT in the photos we were sent. 

2. I immediately tried calling the agent.  3 times.  NO answer.  NO call back.  We decide to go ahead and pay since when I called other agents they had no girls that were not booked up to send so last minute.  Couple of the guys said something is better than nothing. WRONG.

3. After receiving payment, the girls walk over to the bachelor and demand 20$ to dance for him.  What?  We were shocked, as we had just paid them over $300.  I asked what the $310 was for, and she said that was to cover their driving to us, and to make up for them not going to the strip club to work.  

4. At this point they were not even topless.  I said nudity was supposed to be included and she said topless only, and for $20 a song. That we were supposed to TIP them. I said fine but we would tip AS they danced, and that I was told the amount would be up to us, and that we were told by their agency the amount we tipped was dependent on how good a job we thought they were doing.  

The other girl then said all she would do for FREE is spank him.  WTF.  We started bitching we had paid 300 so it wasn't free.  

She replied if we weren't ready to tip they should leave as they had "money to make elsewhere if we weren't gonna pay them."

5. I asked them about the l*****n show that we had been PROMISED by the agent.  Strippers said that was $400 more!  That the agent might have said that, but that's not what they do, and they weren't responsible for anything the agent said. The quote was "I do what I do.  I told Angel what I do and what I don't. She knows what I do and what I'm about."

We had over $800 in tip money between us 14 guys.  But at this point, we weren't wanting to give it to these ugly, complaining, demanding strippers.

6. The strippers then asked us if we were going to pay them $400 for the l*****n show, or $20 a song each to dance for guys or did "we want them to leave". So much for no upselling or additional charges.

We asked for a refund as they were getting dressed.  I was told NO refunds, we keep the money for showing up.

STILL no answer or return call from the AGENCY.

I again asked for a refund.  I was told they were leaving and if we didn't let them leave they would call the cops.

We did not threaten the strippers, just asked for money back as they had only been there 15 minutes.  I wasn't worried about the cops arresting any of us, but neither did we want the bachelor party RUINED EVEN MORE by cop cars and more drama.  

I figured I could call the agent, and hopefully get my money back that way, thinking once she KNEW what happpened she would refund us the money.

This agency never returned any of my phone calls.  Terrible customer service.  

Upon research online, I find they have other bad reviews posted on many websites, and have defrauded and ripped people off many times, and they change their business name and phone number often to avoid their bad reviews and hide from people they rip off.

If I had paid with a deposit via credit card, I would have at LEAST been able to dispute that, and gotten SOME of my money back.  But she had all the cash, and wasn't giving any of it back to us. 

Do NOT make a reservation with this company.  Allstarevententertainers.com is a SCAM and a Rip Off.
