In 2006, I filed a lawsuit, in the U. S. District Court District of Southern Nevada, against Allstate Financial Services dba Allstate Adjustment Bureau for violating my rights under the FCRA and related claims of action. Despite the fact that I state my claims and showed the court all of the proof, evidence, and documents, presiding U. S. District Court Judge Kent Dawson dismissed my timely and properly served lawsuit. By doing this, Judge Dawson sent a message to not only Allstate Financial Services dba Allstate Adjustment Bureau but all other collection agencies, that these agencies now have carte blanche to violate the FCRA rights of anyone and everyone they chose to. Be ready American public to have collection agencies send you collection letters for any amount they chose to, despite the fact that you do not owe the money, and be ready to have those amounts listed on your credit report. Do you know the consequences of have negative information, even if it is lies/fraudulent? Next time you apply for a credit card, loan, mortgage, etc, be ready to be denied or have a much higher interest rate. And how many of you are aware that when you apply for a job, employers do check your credit report. When these employers read your credit report and see the negative information (which they won't know are lies/false), you will not get that job, despite the fact that you may have the best employment credentials. Everyone should thank U. S. District Court District of Southern Nevada Judge Kent Dawson for the precident that he has just set allowing not agencies to violate your FCRA rights, but then have no legal recourse. Then again Judge Kent Dawson has judicial immunity, so what does he care. Justice for all in America, what a joke. Quick update, I have filed an appeal in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I will take this case to the U.S. Supreme Court, if I have to. I am not laying down and letting a corrupt collection agency violate my rights, America neither should you.

When I filed a civil lawsuit, regarding Allstate Financial Services dba Allstate Adjustment Bureau's multitude of FCRA and related violations, in the U. S. District Court District of Southern Nevada. the Judge's ruling is not what I ever could expect. Be ready to be ticked off. U. S. District Court Judge Philip Pro dismissed my claim, dispite all the information and evidence that I provided to the court about how Allstate Financial Services violated my rights under the FCRA. Judge Pro went on to say that I failed to state a claim. Which is a crock of crap, since I certainly did, beyond a doubt, prove each and every point that I made. I filed an appeal with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. U. S. District Court Judge Pro just set precedent, in his ruling by saying it is okay for collection agency to violate victim's FCRA rights. Be ready American residents/citizens, Judge Pro's ruling just made it legal to have your FCRA rights violated. How many of you are ready to be denied credit cards, mortgages, car loans, etc., all because of the ruling that now makes it okay for collection agencies to list false information on your credit report. An next time, you apply for a job, and do not get it, remember that employers do check the credit report of potential employees, and if an employers reads information (that the employer does not know is false), you won't be hired for that job.
