ALPHA PRIME ELITE SCAM RIP OFF California
Alpha Prime Elite is a SCAM. They charge you 14.95 each for two bottles of suppliments to try for 10 days. Mind you 10 days start from the time you place order. Then they charge you 89.99 per bottle to your credit card claiming you agreed to this extra charge on the same two bottles of might I add worthless suppleiments that don't even work. I called to complain and was yelled at and hung up on twice by their customer service reps. I contacted by bank to have my card cancelled and to file an unauthorize charge, so they could not continue to charge my card. In total it cost me 209.84 for 60 worthless pills. They claim that this was agreed to in their terms of use.
No terms of use were given nor did they disclose that these worthless suppliments would cost 179.94 after the initial charge of 29.90. No one in their right mind would agree to such a charge after ordering a trial that you didnt even get to try for 10 days to see if they even worked. No doubt if they would have disclosed that the total cost would be 209.84, no one would even order the trial. I contacted the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. My bank is also in the process of trying to get my money back. This company should be shut down for their fraudulant and deceptive sales scam. I will not let this go. I will pursue every legal avenue I can to get my money back or at least spread the word so they cannot scam anyone else.
