I have a little inside information on Jessica. She was let go because she was downloading movies on the company's time and network acess crippling the functionality of the company's network. She was writing the alphabet over and over in caligraphy when she was supposed to be shadowing a trainer during training time as well as making 3-D cut outs of the users names to be placed in their windows...very productive use of company time and resources don't you think? Team structure was changing because a brand new team was being created and the need to move stronger trainers around to balance out the teams is what made the transition of gender balance...not a gender discrimination as Jessica wants to imply. Finally, when a company goes through a temp agency for workers you are not always guarunteed the "cream of the crop" and you have to weed out the bad ones. That is why there were a few people that were let go because they were not hard workers plain and simple. Why should a company spend time and resources training someone who will not be a good fit for a position only to turn around and have to train a brand new person.
