Please beware of Mr. Alvin Pinon with Alvin Pinon Independent Contractors. Seemed like a good guy when we were first introduced. This quickly changed when we had change order after change order being submitted. We soon realized that he underbid the contract. After talking with subs and seeing what they originally bid, their base contract with Mr. Alvin Pinon was more than Mr. Pinons base bid with me. That's why he was forced to come up with the false change orders. When he was on the job he was on the phone an aweful lot with his attorney. Seems like he has this problem quite often. He himself said he was having problems collecting from his last job for over $40,000 of change orders! Seems to be the way he operates. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy!

This is a business that is no longer in business. It went out of business for over 7 years ago. This individual who has complained this harm, kept changing and adding additioanal work to the scope of the original contract. Added work does not happen for free. Change Orders where introduced and signed by the individual. After the work was done, the change orders went unpaid, which actually put my business, out of business. If the signed change orders need to be seen I can produce them. These fraudulent claims can be interpreted as defamation since these claims are opinions and unsubstanciated. I ask Rip-off Report to remove these claim since it can cause irreparable harm. Do your self a favor do not do business with ANYTIME FITNESS they do not pay their bills. They will neglect all contracts signed and steal your Money. BEWARE of ANYTIME FITNESS
