Hello on 27/9/2018 I bought from fragrancenet.com and the order amount was deducted $ 251.96 Dom reasons, unfortunately the money has not been returned to me so far, I sent them several emails for 3 emails and I did not get I have no proof of them.
I have all the evidence for the letters and a copy of the cancellation of the order without returning the money. I live in the United Arab Emirates but I have a mail in the United States Four months passed without any response from them. After my problem is resolved through you, I do not want the order to only return the money

I sent them a letter telling them that I wanted to file a complaint at https://www.ripoffreport.com/ and I was surprised to reply after 4 months.
