I recommend you send a Certified Letter first to help cover yourself: 1. Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. Also, if you want call 201-865-7600 the number to Alyon in New Jersey and tell them that you deny all knowledge of anyone using their website'. 2. Go to your Attorney General's website and file a complaint. 3. Go to the Federal Trade commission's web site and file a complaint. http://www.ftc.gov 4. Law enforcement checks the complaints on http://www.ripoffreport.com , so authorities will most likely read your complaint here. Thank you RipOffReport staff and other postings individuals!
