To protect you for now I recommend the following: Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. This is very important because it establishes a record of your dispute. Then I suggest you do the following: 1. Go to Attorney General's website for your state and file a complaint. 2. Go to the Federal Trade commission's web site and file a complaint. http://www.ftc.gov 3. File a complaint with the IFCCFBI http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp 4.
