I'm a little confused here; you're upset because the company did what you asked them to do? If you liked the service and wanted to continue using it, why did you cancel early? And the bit about the "no phone number" is completely untrue, the company certainly does have a number that members can call with questions and/or comments. The company has also made vast improvements in regards to the email response time as well.
