Strange new twist in ripoff from AMC industries, Here is the proof from Elance.com that he was engaged with me to develop his website, and now he says he canceled and rovoked my payment for some alleged crime that I did not commit, not to pay to me, this is incredible, They will stop at nothing to rip people off again, Even though I demanded payment for work that was done by me, as I rightly have a legal right to do so, but now they call it extortion, How can that be extortion when all i demanded was what was owed to me as agreed upon when i finished the development of the website. I hired a guy who is a progreammer, for certain cases to do a programming on his website, I told him that i needed to pay the guy, the guy got mad and did something , and now I am being blamed for that, because he did not want to pay me, which in turn I could not pay him, it is not my fault, that someone else did something. All I demanded was my rightful payment for my website work, and now he is trying to sue me for 2 million dollars for a website that hje was paying me minimal wages.
These people are really unbeleivable, from the beggining I should have not taken this job off of Elance.com, which from the beggining he violated Elance.com rules and regualtions and used elance to hire people and lure them from their website, attached is the proof he was hiring people from elance.com
This company is only out to scam people, file frivilous claims, and ttry to exort money and scam people everywhere, and I am going to counter claim and sue them for the same. Stay tuned.
Attached is all the proff that he hired me from Elance.com and I am going to report this to elance.com and have them sue him as well.
