Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I leased my truck to American Auto Management. Within one month they stopped making payments and went out of business. I have filed a lawsuit against Denny Hilliard. I found a PI that found his address in Lake Havasu and served him there. I have been debating what course of action to take next. I am trying to retrieve the truck in a civil matter. Tipton I see you have found one person that actually worked for the company. Please contact me, I would like to see if I can get this person to tell me who is driving my vehicle. I am pretty sure it someone that is affiliated with AAM. Any information on anyone associated with AAM would be of help. Please someone HELP!!! I have long since given up on the Attorney General and the police.

Denny Hilliard Needs to be Arrested

I hadn't seen my vehicle in more that 10 months after Denny Hilliard had closed up shop and left town. I found out about 4 months ago where he was at but try to have faith in the legal system. I soon found out that our legal system has no intentions of helping the small people. So this last weekend a few friends and I took a trip to Lake Havasu to visit Mr. Hilliard. I was thinking I would confront him and find out where my vehicle was. I had a few friends here in Phx on hold ready to verify whatever address he gave me. Well when we get there what is sitting parked right in front of his house is my truck!!! He had taken my truck back from whomever and was driving it around Havasu as if he was making the payments on it. So we called a towing company and they came out to the house and tried to load the truck up quickly. Denny came out and we informed him that were repoing the truck. He said "Ok, let me get my things out." We told him that if he went anywhere close to the vehicle that he might not make it through his daughters next birthday. We then got in our car and followed the tow truck. He had the balls to call the police and report the car stolen. When the police called the towing company, they told them that they had verified ownership with the DMV. They then called back again and said that he stated we had assaulted him. Mr Hilliard has a pair of big ones and needs to be taught a lesson
