===================== American Automotive Equipment SCAM ARTISTS - DOES NOT DELIVER PRODUCT - DOES NOT REFUND, Internet

I paid $3400 to American Automotive Equipment on August 6, 2010 for a lift and other items. I am in real urgent need of the lift for my auto repair business. Today is Sept 21, 2010 and I have not received anything. I have called them several times (probably 100 times) and every time I either get a "I will call you back" reply or really lame excuses. American Automotive Equipment does have many natural disaster excuses. Once I was told that the ship carrying the lift from China capsized. If this is really true why did they sell the lift if they did not have it in stock? Next, they told me that there were floods in Texas.

Ha!Ha! Well, not funny if you paid them $3400. Now, I have asked for them to cancel the order and refund the money as I need to buy the lift locally. Guess what? The lift has been shipped as per one of the employees but there is no tracking number as they lost contact with the truck delivery company. One more call later and another employee promised that the money will be refunded soon. Why cannot the money be refunded to my account immediately if it can be taken from my bank account at the bat of an eyelid? I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND
