American Automotive Equipment.Com No Customer service after sale of useless equipment Cleburne Texas

I purchased a automatic transmission flushig machine from this company. The ad for this machine says that 23 fittings are included with the machine however most of the fittings are not of much use.

I called their service department and was told that I have to talk to a person named Susie to get the fittings that I need. Susie is never available, she is always in a meeting, in the warehouse, on the phone, etc.

I always get the promise of a return call but no one ever calls. The last time I called I was just left on hold untill I hung up 35 minutes later.

I am not looking to get the needed fittings for free, I am willing to pay for them even though they should have been included.

Because of problems that we encountered with the "fitting selection" on our ATF20 transmission flush machine, we re-designed the amount and quality of these fittings. The redesigned package is now standard equipment with every ATF20 that we deliver. Due to this R & D, the ATF20 transmission flush machine has the finest selection of fittings of any transmission flush machine in the industry. We have spoken with our customer and confirmed that their frustration was due to the amount of time it took to fix the problem (which they now know was due to the time it took to complete the new fitting selection) Please contact our customer DIESELFIXER or us directly with any questions you may have. My problem was resoloved by Crystal in the service dept. She answered my questions and sent the necessary fittings that I needed. She is a asset to the company and I commend her for her effort in solving my problem.
