American Cash Flow Association rip off, dishonest advertising Orlando Florida
In Fall 2004, I took 3 day class training for $2995.00 (it was originally $3995.00 but since I signed up early, i got $1000 off) at a Hotel in Eastern USA, to learn about cash flow business, buying and selling streams of future payments and to learn more about real estate notes.
After the training, I worked with a Master Broker and immediately started a website called www.(my initials)capitalfunding.com,registered for a business name with my state, subscribed with Verizon for a separate phone line for this business at home, bought names of Real Estate holders from American Cash flow recommended website, prepared and mailed out several hundred letters to prospective clients, followed up and never received a response.
I tried working with Cash Flow customer service to get help but they were NOT very friendly or helpful. I also purchased 3 of my master brokers books as guides to be successful in Real Estate Notes and I also retook this workshop in Fall 2005 and still all of the training and knowledge they gave me were ineffective and not helpful. In 2006, I spoke with two of my fellow classmates and until today, no one has received any success with this business.
This advertisement is misleading and deceitful. In spring 2006, I spoke with a refund coordinator to get a refund and she said that I only had until that first day of the seminar to get my money back. This company is exploiting hardworking people of all ages and not giving them the proper training that they discuss and misrepresenting the training in a way that it is an easy way to earn money but it is not.
I hope no one will ever sign up with this company again because it is a waste of time and money.
