American Custom Guttering Inc. A REAL HACK JOB! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Tarpon Springs Florida
I have been in customer service myself for over 23 years. I have never been through anything like this before. A few months ago I decided to get new gutters on my home. I just had my roof replaced and spend around 5000.
American Custom Guttering did a real hack job.
They trashed my new flashing and split wood facia I paid to have replaced as well. The installation was very poor with so called invisible hangers they used. The pitch you are supposed to have for the water to flow right was not done correctly. Now this has caused rotting areas already, after only having them for a few months. I had a home inspector come out immediately after and he agreed, very poor workmanship. I just had a carpenter come out to do some work and he agreed, what a HACK JOB! I now have to pay more to have another guttering company come out and fix what they can.
I initially tried to talk to the manager who is the owners wife. I have never dealt with a more rude, obnoxious, argumentative person in my life. I told them to stay off my property, I was so upset. I don't have the time to waste spending it in court. They are not worth it! Or trying to file with BBB, because I don't want to be harrassed by them.
They show a satisfactory record through the BBB, but this is simply not true. I don't know how these people stay in business. I am hoping by writing this I can save someone from making the same mistake I did!!!! They should not be able to get away with this so I decided to post this. Hope this helped.
