I was contacted by Alex Weston (02/21/13) who convinced me that there was big commission in American Family Home Savers, and that whatever amount I invested could easily be recovered. I felt at the time that this was a good opportunity to generate supplemental income. I was charged $3500 for 80 leads, and $495 for my own web site that they were creating for me; Mr. Weston worked to waive the monthly hosting fee. The site they created for me was a clone of americanfamilyhomesavers.com. Months went by and not a cent of commission came. When I called them up that I was not seeing any transaction, I was sent $250 as an adavance commission for a deal that was pending, according to them. After wards, when I received no further check, I told them to cancel my association with their businee, but I was told that I could not cancel because it was past the 10-day window. I must have missed the small print. Several times I appealed for refund. I called by phone, often times I was unabled to speak to a person, I left messages, wrote email but did not get response to my email. When they finally called me, it was to explain why they could not give me a refund. I never heard from them again. I will try again by email. Should I report this to BBB and the Attorney General of Arizona, if that's the state I am guessing from where they operate?
