Complaint Review: American Filtration - Janesville Wisconsin

So I thought I found a job working for a company called American Filtration based out of Janesville Wisconsin, I went to the "Training" I missed the second of the three days "Unpaid of course" I was informed I would be a private contractor for American Filtration, who is a company working for Health Mor maker of the Majestic "Filter Queen" and the Defender, that as long as I did 12 shows a week I would receive 475.00 a week even if I sold nothing at all, several of my friends had just started working there about two weeks before I started and thought it was an awesome job. They told us about commission "That was my first tip this was a rippoff company" The little freak named Broc told my 50 per defender as commission, he told my friend it was 75... seemed a little odd.

I decided I would stick it out anyways, my training class dwindled to four people altogether, originally it had been about 10.
On the last day of training Broc told us about a challenge we could do to make 250 dollars over the weekend and since I really needed the money I decided to do it, 10 shows in three days, if you sold great, if not you still got 250.
I was the only one in my training class who did the challenge, on the last day, my "Boss" decided he had a problem with one of my showings, I asked him if I should do another one, he said "No, it will be fine, don't worry about it, I will make things smooth with the guy above me" That guy is Ryan, the quote un quote owner of American Filtration.

A week went by, no pay, two more weeks and a whole hell of alot of excuses, new names, new bosses and still no pay.
This gets better, I didn't make any sales but I did my ten, my three friends who work their as well two also didn't make sales but did ten, and one of them made a few full sales... no one has been paid. Well I take that back... they gave them a literal few bucks of what they owed them. Misplaced paperwork... we were sposed to sign slips... never mentioned during training or when we turned in our paperwork.

This company is basically one in 4ing the pay, they pay a small percentage of contractors and don't for the rest, that was it appears they are on the up and up.
I have read many reports of here involving companies working for Health Mor and no one has a good thing to say.

I think a lawsuit is in order. I have an attorney already who is willing to represent this case, please respond here with your complaints as well, I don't care if they only owe you 20 bucks someone needs to bring this cookie down.

BTW They lie and tell you they wont bother any of your friends or family or use their information but then the calls start happening from Health Mor directly to get them to buy the product they didn't want in the first place.
