Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We have an office in the same business park as American Liberty Transportation. They take up multiple spaces with their minivans and fill up the spaces in front of our business so our customers can't park in front of our business. We have complained to them as well as the landlord, this is not the problem, but it shows what kind of people they are, no consideration for anyone around them.

A co-worker has a brand new car, he parks it in front of our business, often times they park so close he has to get into his car from the opposite side.

Today one of the American Liberty Transportation vehicles hit his car, dented and scratched it. He took pictures of the damage on his car and took a picture of the car that hit him and you could clearly see the paint from his car at the same height as their cars paint and dent on his car.

When he contacted the "manager", Claudia, she looked at it and denied that it was their car that hit it and shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing they were going to do about it. Shortly there was an employee out there trying to rub his paint off of their car, when that didn't work, someone came out, got in the car and drove off.

While this did happen on private property so the police can do nothing about it, it does speak volumes about the company in general as well as the low caliber of employees they hire. To stand there and LIE about something that is so obvious, then to try to remove any evidence and to tell the victim that he is out of luck is downright ludacris. I would surmise that this attitude probably comes from the top (owner) all the way down to the drivers.

American Liberty Transportation should be avoided at all costs, if they are not responsible enough to own up to their accidents, they most likely would not take responsibility if they injured someone while transporting them.

RIP OFF COMPANY!!!

This issue was resolved quite quickly in a conversation with the CEO of the company.

The initial report was perhaps reported in haste,

Again, this issue was completely resolved.
