When I order your service, Nicole never explained the picking up dates are one week later the actual moving date.
I spoke with a man who insists he was a manager, he had attitude and rude.
He blamed me for not reading the whole paper before signing and blamed me why my moving date is 8/28 even if my email says moving date is 8/28.
OK, there were long fine letters.
Who would be reading all that fine prints.
You should verbally say important points.
I still did not find the one week window notice in the long sentenses,though!
He never had work ethics whatsoever.
Please canel and refund my money.
