 recently i purchased a rifle advertised on APA website for almost $5000 they claimed it was customized and very accurate , I put on a Nightforce scope and went to the range and set up target at 600 yds i spent weeks with different ammo loads and this piece of junk could mot hit the targey consistent i was upset and took the gun to a really good local gunsmith his report was the barell had some issues it was used for starters i told him what i paid for it and said i got taken for a ride i paid him to replace the barell now it shoots much better still this jerk Jared is a slick salesman i worked hard to dave up that 5k and the jerk sells me junk

American Precision Arms garantees every customer's satisfaction with our rifles.  That being said we have never sold a rifle or any other product to a "Juan Jose".  I have been building rifles for roughly 20 years and have never had a single issue that wasn't handled up front with a customer.  Our reputation speaks for itself.  That being said "Juan Jose" is not a customer of APA and never has been.

If a consumer purchases a product second hand I find it hard to understand why a company could be held responsible for something outside of their control.  Lets say for example someone purchased a used Ford vehicle and the previous owner never did an oil change.  Can Ford be held resposible for that?  The answer is no.  I'm curious why Juan Jose wouldn't contact us even if it was purchased second hand.  This seems more like someone is lashing out at APA for a deal gone bad that we certainly had zero control over.  Not only did APA not have anything to do with this transaction but we were never contacted about it.  

The statement of "this jerk Jared is a slick salesman I worked hard to dave up that 5k and the jerk sells me junk" is 100% false.  I'm not sure why this erroneous statement was made.  It seems like an attack on our company for some unwarranted reason.  Why we have no idea why.  While we can not repair used products for free if APA was contacted we would have helped the consumer as much as possible to repair their rifle.  It's in our best interest.  Anything else just defies common sense.
