I placed an order on this site and took advantage of the $7.77 shipping thinking that I would have my part by the following friday but I called just to make sure that I would because it was an air condtioning part and its hot. I called the office early Monday morning and spoke to GINA the customer service rep (using that term lightly) and she told me that the shipping was $7.77 and could take a while and that I would cost $74.00 for next day and then 65.00 for Tuesday and ...54.00 dollars would get it to me on Thursday so I knew the $7.77 shipping I would not have the part by Friday. So, I was not happy to find out that I had to pay 74.00 for next day shipping on a part that was only 134.00 to begin with. When I explained why I was not happy about the shipping ( because If I would have know the $7.77 was going to get it to my someday instead of the friday that I needed it) she got extremely nasty. I explained to her that I would over a barrell because I needed the part and I really did not have a choice now becuase they already had my 134.00 and she told me that would take 3 days to return to me. So, I was reluctant but wanted to pay the shipping and get on with life. I gave her my card number and then she said. Well HOLD ON while she considers selling me the part!!!!! then she came back on the phone and told me she wasn't going to and I could order it somewhere else. I ask to speak to her manager. Kevin W. got on the phone and acted just as RUDE as she wasand said that he did not think that there was anyting they could do to make me happy so he was going to refund my money. I went thru the over the barrell thing and I explained just how social media can let everyone know how rude she was. He finally put me on hold and I guess figured out that she was in the middle of the sale and ask why. He got back on the phone and finally but thru the sale. So if you like begging for your part after you have already paid for it. This is the place to SHOP!!!! I was dissapointed in the customer service here but in the end Kevin did get me the part even know it cost 211.00 with shippinbg and I could have ordered it from LEBANON RV CENTER AND HAD NEXT DAY FREE SHIPPING!!!!! THANKS AMERICAN RV I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

There really is no reason to have this dispute I know what happend and with her very bad attitude I can guess

I was not the only one who she is has done this toooo!!!! So If you want to deal with a company that thinks that

it is okay to treat the customer like crap then order here!!! and good luck!!! Hope you get Kevin first !

Buyer ordered Saturday 8/13/16 selected Economy Standard shipping 2-5 business day transit as stated at checkout.

We are located in California; Buyer is located in Maryland which is a 5 business day transit. 

Shipping on Monday will put delivery following Monday (5 business days). The estimated delivery would have been 8/22/2016.  

Buyer called Monday morning to inquire about her order and stated that she was dissatisfied that she would not receive the part same week. We offered options to expedite or cancel. She opted to expedite while expressing her dissatisfaction. We explained that we could cancel and provide a 100% refund as we were concerned we were unable to make her happy. As it turns out, we were correct. She stated she would leave us negative feedback even if we provided a 100% refund and would name the associates personally. In the hope of avoiding a negative review, we accepted her order for expedited shipping and she left us a negative review anyway.

Our customers are very important to us, our rankings over thousands of reviews average 100% on Amazon and 99.6% positive on eBay as of 8/22/2016. We are saddened we were not able to meet this particular buyer’s expectations. Unfortunately there was nothing we could have reasonably done to make this buyer happy.

While the buyer was hostile, the call was handled professionally. Customer service is our number one priority.  We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding this review and we welcome you to contact us directly.
