AMERICAN UNION HOME LOANS, Ernie Mixon, Willy Reese Falure to pay debits incurred, just like stealling as the money ends up in their pockets and not mine for the work Downey California
Loan Agent Ernie Mixon, whom I did not have a relationship with calls me and request me to perform an Appraisal of a property located in San Jose, CA. I agreed to do so. Normally not having a relationship with someone I would only accept COD payment of the $400 fee at the time I did the inspection with the home owner or agent. Ernie entreated me to do the appraisal none COD and he would send me a check immediately.
Against my better judgement ( you can bet I will never do it again for anyone ) I agreed. Performed the appraisal in a rush and now five weeks later have not received payment. I have called numerous times to request payment and they lie through their teeth saying the check is on its way! Mr. Mixon asked me to forward my request to the owner, likly a Broker named Willy Reese. He refused to take may call as did another employee known only to me as Ingrid. I they take advantage of the very people who make their process work god forbid what they are doing to the home owners who come to them for loans. My next letter will be to the State of California who License's such people.
