Americare helen vander bruggen 12/31/2015. l talked to helen vander bruggen about cpap machine and supplies were free.l gave 275.00 to cover all to her thats all she said l need. 2 years later my insurance companysaid l owe them 1051.27. l still not get a bill from them over 2 years later santa ana California
l talked to helen vander bruggenon the phone about a cpap machine.l gave her all my information needed to apply. Helen said my Insurance company accepted me.Helen said all it cost me is 275.00 dollars and the supplies are free for one year. l called her on the phone later and told her that my insurance was showing that all wasnt covered she dont worry we will take care of it all. l called my insurance company and they said if you dont get a bill or anything dont worry.l said okay.No bill yet from americare yet a year later.My insurance company sent me a leter showing me l owe them 1051.27.l talked themamericare a year ago why l not recieve a bill from the start ,cause l would of stopped everything with them .she said new people in finance dept. still not knowing and waiting is not right . they lied and scammed me like alot of the other people l read and did the same thing too.Can you help me in this. l still not recieved a bill from them over 2 years later.
