America's Servicing Company ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Everywhere Des Moines Idaho
America's Servicing Company is a mortgage company that brought my mortgage about two year ago and I have nothing but hell ever since. (Many people have also had bad experiences with them and I am not surprised). They consistently give incorrect payment statements, taking extremely longer than necessary to recalculate new mortgage payment, while charging on higher than necessary payments. They hold payments without informing me the customer, make changes to applied payments as they see fit again without informing the payer and charge you while they are trying to sort themsleves out. They misinform and even the CSR seem confused. Customers are secondary because they think they have you because of the penaltyies associated with your mortgage. So they add charges called "other charges" so confusing that you have to go through 6 different departments before you can find someone in their company that barely understands their own procedure.
