America's Servicing Company IGNORES PUCHASE OFFER SENT TO THEM BY MY REAL ESTATE AGENT, REFUSES TO DOCUMENT LEGAL CONTRACTS SENT TO THEM Des Moines Iowa
ASC deliberately ignores all legal contracts sent to them by my real estate agent on my behalf. They have filed legal case to foreclose on my home & refuse to accept any documentation sent them by myself or my real estate agent regarding selling my home. They refuse to provide documentation in writing to me or my real estate agent that they have received these documents, although my real estate agent and me both have confirmation documents. They area top offender of the current mortgage crisis in this country.

I am also a customer of ASC and am looking for other clients to come together for a possible class action suit. I have 3 other people so far that have sent me email about their situation. Many message boards have the same story over and over and over again. There has to be hundreds of people that they have done the same things to: misplaced payments, incorrect or fraudulent information, etc. I am not a lawyer and I cannot guarantee anything, so pass the word, lets work together!
