Amerigas Improper billing, overcharging, terrible office staff, price gouging Chester, New Jersey
We have been a loyal amerigas customer for nearly 10 years. They ave been very difficult to work with for many years, their billing is not under stable. They send you two to three bills a month and all are different prices. No matter what bill you pay it's never the right one. That results in them removing you from auto fill and when you run out of gas in the middle of the winter they demand a payment for something you may not owe or knew you owed. I personally paid some 400 fee they can't explain just to get gas for heat. They have you over a barrel if your tank is buried because you can't switch that easily.
This is the worst company ever and I am reading they are doing this to everyone. We shouldvstartba cases action suit over this improper practice
