amscot Rude, Counterfeit, Shady Business Brandon Florida
let me start off by saying as a finacial institution, the professionalism should be top notch. Not in this case, the amscot in brandon,fl on causeway blvd is clearly a clown college. They gave my money that was either fake or obsolete because my bank wouldn't even take it and amscot didn't even want to exchange the money that they gave me....shady. the clerks CHRISTI was very nosy, not helpful and profane, rude, snide and also not a joy to look at. Attempted to blame me for not knowing the bill was fake when they gave it to me. ANGEL, was the clerk I was initially dealing with who didn't even know the policies of her job, the illiteracy was repulsive. I spoke to the district manager and got some relief, hopefully this will be resolved and no other loyal, unsuspecting customer will have to deal with the disrespect I encountered. I will NEVER do any type of business with them and will tell everyone I know of my horrible.
