When I got hired by AMW these people told me that the company goes out to nba games, nascar races, and does a bunch of huge events where you can grow to being an owner with in like 2 weeks and has so much opportunity to grow.and I could be hiring your own people soon. Also that I would get commission over salary for selling fw1 fast wax, and everything is so great with this company!
The salary was 300 dollars a week if you came to work 6 days a week from 6 30 am to when you finish and go home which was 11 30 pm for me most nights. It's just not ok to keep people for that long not making any money and just 3 people were actually making money and that was the owners from everyone else selling and working hard. but little did I know I was going to wake up at 5 am every morning and come to work for unpaid training for 3 hours and then be out at gas stations from 9 am till sometimes 8 or 9pm. Most days I would only make about 40 to 50 dollars if I was lucky.
They take you into ridiculous 10 hour car ride trips or where ever you travel to with out paid travel. I went on a trip and the profit they said I earned turned into a lot less than what I actually made when I got my 2 checks for both of my weeks. For this job you will over work and get paid 4- 8 dollars an hour and sometimes you won't make anything. These people over promise and over promote themselves and they just want you to sell as much as possible because that's how they make their money. You drive out in a car with a group of people to gas stations so you don't really have a choice but to be there for sun rise and sun set.
I don't write reviews on anything or have the time for this review but it was neccesary because it's not ok for employers to take advantage of young teenagers and have them work off the clock and have you do so much extra stuff and you won't get paid for it. This was the worst experience in my life working for this company and I want to warn young teens about this and people who are actually trying to make a living for themselves without working 13 hours every day for basically the same amount of money I spent for gas to get to work. All the employees were scared to speak up because the company acts like they do so much for you and actually care about you which is lie. This was such a bad experience for me I have been purposely forgetting about what happened so I'm not so depressed about life.
