Monica Averitte, Randall Averitte and Andrea Kolton are Professional Fraudsters (DO NOT USE THEM)
I had three properties in Scottsdale Arizona managed by Real Property Management Pinnacle Scottsdale and I have never seen such a dishonest property management company.
This Property Management company marks up repair invoices by over 100-250% percent and issues the new invoice in the name of a LLC that is owned by them. Unsuspecting owners will think that they are getting a real invoice from the company that undertook the work but this is NOT the case. Ask RPM Pinncale for the orginal invoice from the REAL repair person, I doubt you will get one from them.
My properties were left vacant, tennats were overdue on rent, repairs were expensive due to mark up and it is impossible to contact property managers in the Office. They never return phone calls or e-mails. You will be over charged for everything and get no service at all despite paying these all these high fees.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company run by professonal conpeople like Monica Averitte, Randall Averitte and Riana King.
This company will not manage your property and they will cost you thousands of $$$$ in damages and overchanging on repairs.
If they have conned/overcharged you report them to the Arizona Department of Real Estate and recover your moines by taking legal action.

We are unaware of doing business with any individual by this name after doing a complete records search of our database, so it is impossible for us to make this response relevant to the complaint.
It is always our goal to provide the utmost customer service experience for our owners and renters alike, As with anything that comes up in our day to day business, we would very much like to resolve this situation in a timely and efficient manner. Direct correspondence is the best way to go about this instead of website reviews.
This exact complaint was reported to Yelp, which after review has been flagged as fraudulent by Yelp and is in the process of being taken down. We have done our due diligence to go back through our records to search for a complaint that is similar, but have yet to find something in our years of business.
