If you bought an expensive piece of art from Andrew Lakey you may be shocked to find out that it may have been painted by a stay at home mom and her 16 year old daughter! That's right, I saw it with my own eyes. He basically farms out the artwork to his step daughter and then she paints it in her Temecula garage. Sometimes she even gets her 16 year old daughter to do the work! Before you pay way too much for one of these paintings check it out thoroughly.
He claims this is art for the blind. Well we now see who is really doing the art. Shame on you Andy Lakey!

My name is Nancy and I run the studio for Andrew and have many years. Monika is also working in the studio and has been Andrews assistant for 15 years. We take stalkers very seriously and when this post came up we didn't care that the contents was about Monika being an assistant. This is what artists do.. they have assistants. We were concerned that this person hiding behind the Internet followed Monika and her 16 year old daughter into her garage. Monika has an active restraining order out and we did get together with the District Attorney after meeting with her lawyer and the police officer that handled her original complaint. There is going to be an arrest and I'm sorry I cant post this information until we get clearance.

We don't joke about things like this.Since we have an active restraining order in effect and we think you are this person We are calling her detective today that handled the restraining order still on file and will be posting the case number on a future post if that is there wish. What concerns us is in the 14 years that she has been an personal art assistant for us she has never painted in her garage. You seem to intimated knowledge of her 16 year old daughter.This is not about her being an assistant. You must be following them or something like that. Due to the events of what happen to the 17 year old girl in San Diego that was stalked two days ago we are now going to and see what our options are legally NOW. No apology will do at this point. For the public out there if the police find it necessary we will put there contact info on a future post for you to help us find this person. All this because she paints for me. The police will find your isp address I'm sure and with you WATCHING her and her 16 year daughter " My Granddaughter " in there garage we will not rest. I have also just called the FBI. One of the problems with being deceptive is that it is very confusing keeping your story straight. If you read the response from Nancy you would think that it is actually Nancy that is the artist.
Nancy says "watch a video of me working". when you watch the video it is Andrew.
Nancy says "I have several assistants"
So who is the main artist? Is Andrew even involved?

Every artist has assistants. Look at Jeff Koons and Damien Hirst. I'm happy that Monika helps me with my work. Andy Warhol started this in the 60s its perfectly legal and ethical to have assistants. My assistants only paint the edges and this is a way to support there families. Most major artists do it that way.Other artists never paint any of there work and it is still there work it called conceptual work. O' by the way I have 4 assistants and ready to hire more....
