Anesthesia Consultants of Idaho Anesthesia Consultants These Guys Will Destroy Your Credit At The Drop OF A Hat! Use Another Practice! Tacoma, Washington
In December of 2008 I had a serious Kidney Stone episode requiring surgery. This Anesthesia group was recruited by my Urologist at Idaho Urologic Institute to keep me under while the procedure was performed.
The problem came when billing the insurance started. These guys considered it a "once and done" proposition. Because of a mistake in reimbursements (the insurance companies paid way more than 100% of the amount billed), the billing had to be done over. Anesthesia consultants just sent me a billing with no reconcilliation as to which insurance company paid what and then turned the remaining portion over to collections. AFter repeated attempts to ascertain if the insurance matter was completed I was told my credit report had been "dinged", all because this medical group could care less about the patients they care for.
The last time I contacted Anesthesia Consultants at the Tacoma, Washington billing office (the 19th of March, 2010) I was just laughed at and told "SO WHAT" by a woman named Sarah. You may wonder why this matter took so long to settle. Well, it never was settled. I just paid the collection agency so the account would show as paid on my credit report.
If you are EVER involved in surgery in the Boise area make sure that the anesthesiologists selected by your surgeon are NOT from Anesthesiology Consultants.
