Failed to paid the crew and we were verbally abused by her Director and our requests for the Executive Producer ro manage the situation was ignored. They pre-approved the budget and she failed to pay the balance of our invoices. One of the crew was assaulted and Angela was often drunk or on something. The hotel manager asked her to leave. Never have I met such an unprofessional executive producer.

The price agreed on was $80,000 and Ella paid $75,000. When the American crew returned to the States, the film drives were completely empty and had no content. Irina Nevis apologized to Ella, but $75,000 is a lot to walk away from. She’s going to go through government channels and her friends with the UN to recover the expenses lost. It has destroyed our company but that’s what good lawyers are for.
Also, Ella wasn’t drunk. She has extremely aggressive MS and lost the coordination in her feet. She is now in a wheelchair. Ella is new to production but she’s going to continue to work with girls as a philanthropis telling m. girls and women’s stories. That’s all she wanted to do in the first place. She’s such a vulnerable woman. It’s hard to watch her lose her company and health. She’s such a beautiful lady with beautiful children.
