Hello again everyone, here is an update as of 9/29/08 at 2:25 PM (READ ENTIRE PAGE): I call David Morgan to ask about filing a BBB complaint, etc. to which he FREAKS OUT and asks if I'm a government official or who I am. I say, no this is confidential and the BBB site says to contact him before filing. After some yelling, I simply hung up the phone because there would be no way to get a word in. I come back to my phone to find 2 voicemails from David stating that "my cover is blown" and that he has found me out, etc. Clearly, caller ID is not a new thing and I am very aware that my voicemail states my name! Being proud that he has "found me out" David pointed out that I stuttered on the phone (news to me) and that I don't know how to sell! Beware, he is a very tough guy on the phone. So, I try him back a few times and miss, then he gets ahold of me. With his outdoor voice, he lets me know that the owner of the company is a retired lawyer, that they have records of the appointments, and again, that "I don't know how to sell." Well, it is tough to sell when every appointment wonders why you are there or is not home! Trying to get a word in with David is tough, and you will get hung up on if the conversation doesn't go his way. Very tough on the phone. He also gave details on the appointment records and what the prospect said and why the appointment may have not worked out. I would love to compare my comment notes to his on what ACTUALLY happened because I was there to hear from people about how the appointment... was set...wait, he has my notes, nevermind! David also mentioned that I lied about a $50 gas card that I said I did not receive. I don't know what I lied about, but I DID get a $50 gas card out of the deal so far! Did I mention I got hung up on again? WHERE I STAND NOW: - Promised 30 appointments for $1700 (1 sympathy appointment, 29 left) - Nearly 20 other scheduled appointments, all bad with no "presentation" eligible for refund appointments - Still disregarded as a paying client of the company by David Morgan, Janet Collins, and Zack Easton/Eston (nice guy, sorry he is involved) If I could get a refund of $1700 minus the one appointment, we could forget about this whole thing for good, withdraw the reports, etc. From what David says, he has plenty of other people "thanking him everyday" for their service and lots of business, so why not just send a refund? Heck, if David and Zack get me actual quality appointments that I do business with, I will write either one them a personal check for 20% of the compensation! It's here in writing, to all lawyers reading. In regards to my selling ability: 1) You've never met me. 2) Me and my firm do well over $1M in revenue. 3) This service sounded like a good supplement based on claims and no complaints at the time (lots now!). I will update as I get more information, thanks for reading.
