The courts only go by what is presented to them, because it is presented as the truth. The Courts role is to look at the evidence provided, not do independent research. If someone is determined to do as you are claiming, it does not really matter where it happens. If you have a person forging documents the original fault lies with the person or company that is doing this, not the courts. These other people is who your report should be on. If you have someone forging documents that is a crime and once discovered they can be prosecuted for it, you can also sue them for any damage they caused. You didn't give any information on the case or the company involved. You also didn't say what steps you have already taken. So if you have not done the following these are things you need to check. First get all of the information on the original suit. You are particuarly interested in the Proof of Service. If you can give a reasonable case to the courts that this was invalid you can have the judgment vacated. This would be things such as it was served at an address you do not live at(or have not lived at for years), this is known as "sewer service". If they list the description of the person that does not match you or anyone you know. They served you at a time and place you could not have been at. Admitedly this can be tough especially if your State allows service by first class mail(if they claim it was to the correct address) or by posting a notice in the local newspaper. If you get this far and can prove the contract is forged. Such as the copy of the "original" they have does not match the copy of the "original" you have. You would also have to bring up any evidence you have as to why their claims are false.
