Anthem Blue cross, Blue Shield Sent us a bill for 2017 for health insurance after we called to cancel and also had medicare Carol Stream Illinois
In Dec of 2016 we contacted the market place and Anthem blue cross/blue shield that we did not want their coverage for 2017 because we where going to start receiving medicare. The Market place sent us a bill for Jan. of 2017 but after explaning our situation the Market place informed us that they would cancel the bill. Now we received a bill from Anthem stating we owe $3416.16 for coverage in 2017.
