Anthony Cassino ripoff judgment against New York Custom Home Designs Patchogue New York
The owner of this business is exstremely unethical. A signed contract betwean two mature adults(so I thought)was all one needed to back up a loan in good faith towards the start up of his construction business and of personal use.
Anthony Cassino of "New York Custom Home Designs" not only defaulted on these loans refusing to give one penny back to someone who whole heartily beleived in him, but also left me with piles of pergo flooring and moldings in the middle of my living room for over 6 months, giving excuse after excuse when he would come by to do the work as agreed upon betwean the 3 parties.
The landlord gave Anthony Cassino 1,400 for the materials in which the new contractor priced out to only cost no more then 700.00 (Anthony claimed he lost the receipt). So not only did he leave us stranded but stole money for materials never bought and work never done. He is a CON MAN at best and I warn any one out there that comes in contact with his name or his company name to stay away and don't do business with the likes of him.
A court judgement was automatically awarded because the coward didn't show up in court.
