Beware of this building. Not safe. Mold infested and water has contamination of hydro sulfide.
Anya the owner refuses to fix anything and the ac bill is $700 mo
Place was vacate 10 years and with cats living there, has distict cat piss smell.
Building is falling apart and needs to be torn down. Only thing worth anything is the land.
Again, I write this to warn others so they dont make the same mistake I did. She lies and will rip u off.
I will end up having to drag her to court.
