First off we are sorry you are dissatisfied but assure you that this is not a scam or a rip off. It is simply a case of a customer confusing a parking pass for an actual game ticket.
We sell tens of thousand tickets each year and have dealt with this exact confusion on multiple occasions. It is usually a client that is looking for the cheapest ticket possible for an event. They see a $20 Blue Lot or Yellow Lot Parking pass, and they think they are getting $20 tickets and completely miss the big notes that state Not A Game Ticket or Parking Pass. Or we sometimes have the clients that see the Blue, Green or Low Lot and then reference it to the colors on the venue maps.
It is unfortunate and we try to make our wording as clear as possible to avoid this, but it happens from time to time. We try our best the make the situation right with the customer but we simply can not give someone a $100+ event ticket because they accidentally purchased a $20 parking pass.
We are one of the largest and most established ticket brokers in America. We have over 25 employees and have been in business since the early 1980's. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
